AGC members and chapter staff directly involved in negotiating collective bargaining agreements for their construction company or chapter are invited to this special half-day seminar within the convention. The seminar will cover legal, practical, and strategic considerations for labor negotiators in construction. Attendees will enhance their knowledge and skills by learning about collective bargaining laws, the bargaining process, best practices in preparing for and conducting negotiations, and more.
The seminar is designed for beginners, but experienced negotiators should also find the program valuable. Advance registration required.
