AGC Charities Operation Opening Doors 2022 Rebuilding Together Project

Sunday, March 27th – 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

*Pre-registration requested.

AGC Charities, Inc. is organizing a volunteer project for Annual Convention attendees as part of its Operation Opening Doors initiative.

On Sunday, March 27, we are asking volunteers to help us make needed renovations to the Rebuilding Together Project in the Cedar Crest neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. We are looking to assist in five home repair projects, the homes have not been fully assessed, but most will need various exterior repairs like paint, landscaping, and siding.

There is high demand for plumbing and electrical services with houses in these areas. Most homeowners in this area are elderly, so some bathroom demos/rebuilds might make them ADA compliant.

AGC of America will provide PPE, lunch, and transportation to and from the site from the Gaylord Texan. Please wear closed-toe shoes. Please email Brian Turmail, or call 703-459-0238 for more information on how you can get further involved.
