This interactive panel of male and female leaders in the construction industry explores how we build a more inclusive, sustainable industry where women thrive. Led by Dr. Gretchen Gagel, author of recently released Building Women Leaders: A Blueprint for Women Thriving in Construction, panelists share tips on how to create the allyship and support systems that cause women to enter and thrive as leaders in our industry. Dr. Gagel will also share the insights of the numerous global construction leaders interviewed for her book, and her Grounded Self-Leadership framework for achieving effective leadership.

Following the conversation, attendees are invited to join us for the Women in Construction Networking Reception (4:00 pm -4:45 pm) for an opportunity to interact with panelists and make connections with fellow attendees.
