What are the dates and location of the 2026 AGC Annual Convention?
The 2026 AGC Annual Convention will be held in Orlando, FL at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, March 24-26, 2026. Pre-conference meetings and the AGC Education & Research Foundation Gala will be hosted on March 23, 2026. Additional fees and separate registration vary for add-on programs.
What is the dress code?
Business casual: skirts, slacks, khakis, trousers, blouses, collared shirts, button-down shirts, sport coats, blazers, and sweaters, etc. Consider wearing layers as the temperatures in meeting rooms can fluctuate.
I am a first-time attendee. Are there resources to make my conference experience smoother?
We know attending a large event for the first time is exciting but can be overwhelming at the same time. We’ve curated a First-Time Attendee Guide to help you make connections and enhance your experience.
Where can I find the attendee list?
We do not share attendees list, but you can connect with attendees by using the AGC Connect App as we get closer to the event. Only attendees who have opted-in to the “Connect” feature will be added to the app.

Will session presentations/handouts be made available?
Presentations will be available on the AGC Connect App.
Will Wi-Fi be available during the conference?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference space. The network and password will be provided onsite and via the AGC Connect App.
When and where will the next Annual Convention be held?
Save the Date for April 6-8, 2027. We’re heading to Phoenix, AZ.
How can I remain engaged with AGC and AGC-member professionals after the conference?

I didn’t realize I was an AGC member before I registered. Can you adjust my registration to reflect the member rate?
Yes, please email Rockkie Dunton at rockkie.dunton@agc.org for member verification and assistance with the partial refund, if applicable.
Can I register two or more attendees at the same time?
Yes, two or more attendees can be registered at the same time. However, to receive the appropriate member rates, all attendees should have an account on www.agc.org.
What does primary registration include?
Primary registration includes full access to the AGC Convention Education Program (Executive, Professional, Students), Opening General Session and Welcome Reception, Wednesday and Thursday Keynote Speakers, access to the AGC Contractor Solutions Expo, access to the AGC Celebrate Construction Party, and access to the Installation of AGC Officers Reception & Dinner.
Is there an early bird rate?
Yes, there are tier rates based on when you register. Registration options and pricing can be found here.
Can I register onsite?
All attendees are encouraged to register ahead of time to avoid long wait times onsite and onsite registration fees. However, AGC staff will be available onsite to assist anyone who has not pre-registered. Please refer to the agenda for onsite registration times.
Is there a registration option for students?
Yes, there is a registration option for students. To qualify for student registration, you must be enrolled as a full-time student in the U.S. Contact Paige Packard at paige.packard@agc.org for more information.
When and where do I pick up my badge?
You can pick up your badge at the AGC registration desk during any of the registration times listed on the agenda.
Is there an expo-only registration option available?
There are no expo-only registration options.
I am already registered. How can I add additional events to my registration?
To add additional events to your registration, go to the registration page, login, click on “Manage Registration”, click the three dots under “New Attendee” then select “Purchase New Sessions”, follow the prompts to complete the update. For additional information contact Rockkie Dunton at rockkie.dunton@agc.org.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
AGC will apply a processing fee of $50.00 for all cancellations or registration transfers (transfer to another attendee). Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days before the conference. No refunds on cancellations will be permitted within 30 days of the event. Transfers will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the conference. No transfers will be allowed within 7 days of the event. All requests must be submitted in writing to Rockkie Dunton (rockkie.dunton@agc.org).
I can no longer attend the conference. Can I send a substitute?
Yes, you can send someone to replace you. To avoid the $50 processing fee. Login, click on “Manage Registration”, click the three dots under “New Attendee” then select “Transfer Registration”, follow the prompts to complete the update. Transfers will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the conference. No transfers will be allowed within 7 days of the event. Please email meetings@agc.org for additional assistance.
I am employed by a state or federal Government organization. Can I pay my registration fee(s) using an employer-issued check?
Yes, you may be eligible to pay your registration fee(s) by check. Payment must be received prior to the convention. Contact Rockkie Dunton at rockkie.dunton@agc.org for more information.
Are members of the press welcome to attend the conference?
Yes, members of the press are welcome to attend the conference. All members of the press require approval. Please submit requests to Nahee Rosso at nahee.rosso@agc.org.

Conference App
Is there a mobile app for the conference?
Yes, search for the AGC Connect app in your device’s app store and download it. Alternatively, you can visit: agc.org/app. This app will be used exclusively for all conference content when you are onsite at the event.
Please note that the app will only be populated closer to the event. Look out for the Know Before You Go email from AGC for more details.

Can I download session presentations/handouts from the mobile app?
Yes, all speaker presentations/handouts can be downloaded from the AGC Connect app. Simply click on the session you are interested in and scroll down to Files. Once you open the file, there will be an option to export it using the app of your choice.
Will I be able to access session presentations/handouts on the app after the conference?
Yes, you can still access session presentations/handouts after the conference ends.
