The 2027 AGC Annual Convention will be held in Phoenix, AZ at the Phoenix Convention Center, April 6-8, 2027. Pre-conference meetings and the AGC Education & Research Foundation Gala will be hosted on April 5, 2027. Additional fees and separate registration vary for add-on programs.

Business casual: skirts, slacks, khakis, trousers, blouses, collared shirts, button-down shirts, sport coats, blazers, and sweaters, etc. Consider wearing layers as the temperatures in meeting rooms can fluctuate.

We know attending a large event for the first time is exciting but can be overwhelming at the same time. We curate a First-Time Attendee Guide  to help you make connections and enhance your experience. Stay tuned for the 2027 edition!

We do not share attendees list, but you can connect with attendees by using the AGC Connect App as we get closer to the event. Only attendees who have opted-in to the “Connect” feature will be added to the app.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference space. The network and password will be provided onsite and via the AGC Connect App.

The best way to remain engaged and plugged in with all things AGC is through volunteerism. Please visit AGC of America’s dedicated volunteer webpage to learn more about these opportunities.

Guests are welcome to attend! A Guest Registration includes access to the Exhibit Hall floor, Welcome Reception, Installation Dinner and Celebrate Construction. Guests are also welcome to purchase tickets to additional events such as the Gala or Awards Breakfast. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, family member or friend whose occupation is unrelated to the construction profession. A co-worker or associate within the profession is not eligible for guest registration. Only one guest per registrant. AGC audits the list of those registered as guests and may contact individuals prior to the meeting regarding eligibility.

All registered attendees and guests are eligible to come to Celebrate Construction and MUST wear their conference badge. Friends, family or other individuals not registered will not be allowed entry. Contact Meetings@agc.org to ensure your guest is registered and has access.

Yes, two or more attendees can be registered at the same time. However, to receive the appropriate member rates, all attendees should have an account on www.agc.org.

Primary registration includes access to:

• All AGC Convention Education sessions including all breakouts and General Sessions
• The Contractor Solutions Expo featuring 100+ exhibitors as well as scheduled breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks
• AGC Celebrate Construction Party
• AGC Officers Reception & Installation Dinner on Thursday evening

Yes, there are tier rates based on when you register. Registration options and pricing will be published in the Fall.

All attendees are encouraged to register ahead of time to avoid long wait times onsite and onsite registration fees. However, AGC staff will be available onsite to assist anyone who has not pre-registered. Please refer to the agenda for onsite registration times.

Yes, there is a registration option for students. To qualify for student registration, you must be enrolled as a full-time student in the U.S. Contact Paige Packard at paige.packard@agc.org for more information.

You can pick up your badge at the AGC registration desk during any of the registration times listed on the agenda.

There are no expo-only registration options.

To add additional events to your registration, go to the registration page, login, click on “Manage Registration”, click the three dots under “New Attendee” then select “Purchase New Sessions”, follow the prompts to complete the update. AGC Convention Cancellation Policy:

If you are no longer able to attend and need to cancel your registration, please submit your request to the AGC Meetings Department at Meetings@agc.org.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to 30 days before the start of the event.
• Registrations canceled 30 or more days prior to the conference will be refunded minus a $250 cancellation fee per registrant.
• Registrations canceled fewer than 30 days prior to the conference are not eligible for a refund.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend without prior cancellation.
• All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Yes, you can send someone to replace you. To avoid the $50 processing fee. Login, click on “Manage Registration”, click the three dots under “New Attendee” then select “Transfer Registration”, follow the prompts to complete the update.  Transfers will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the conference. No transfers will be allowed within 7 days of the event. Please email meetings@agc.org for additional assistance.

Yes, you may be eligible to pay your registration fee(s) by check. Payment must be received prior to the convention. Contact Rockkie Dunton at rockkie.dunton@agc.org for more information.

Yes, members of the press are welcome to attend the conference. All members of the press require approval. Please submit requests to Nahee Rosso at nahee.rosso@agc.org.

Cancellation Policies vary for each hotel. The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and The Renaissance Phoenix Downtown requires 72 hours prior to arrival. Participants can earn CE credits by attending designated education breakout sessions.

0.1 IACET CEU | The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes quality of continuing education and training.​

1.0 AIC CPD Credit | AGC of America has been approved to offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits for qualifying programs by the American Institute of Constructors (AIC).

1.0 AIA Learning Unit (LU) | The Associated General Contractors of America is a registered provider of AIA-approved continuing education under Provider Number G523. All registered AIA CES Providers must comply with the AIA Standards for Continuing Education Programs.

AGC of America is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  This session is designated for 1.2 CPE credit in the field of Personnel/Human Resources.​

1.0 HRCI Credit | The use of this official seal confirms that this Activity has met HR Certification Institute’s® (HRCI®) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval.

1.0 SHRM PDU | The Associated General Contractors of America is recognized by SHRM (www.SHRM.org) to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.

Yes, all speaker presentations/handouts can be downloaded from the AGC Connect app. Simply click on the session you are interested in and scroll down to Files. Once you open the file, there will be an option to export it using the app of your choice.

Yes, you can still access session presentations/handouts after the conference ends.
