Membership Breakout: Turning Member Data Into Insight: A Practical Guide to AI Engagement Report
Speaker: Lisa Frisbie, VP of Member Services, AGC of Massachusetts
Chapter staff are sitting on valuable member data—but too often it stays locked in spreadsheets and systems. This session shows how ChatGPT can be used as a practical reporting assistant to turn existing data into clear, consistent member engagement reports. We’ll cover how to structure inputs, generate summaries leadership actually reads, identify engagement trends, and surface follow-up opportunities that support retention and growth. This is not about replacing staff judgment—it’s about saving time, improving consistency, and helping chapters move faster from insight to action.
This session is designed for AGC chapter staff responsible for member engagement, retention, reporting, or leadership communications. It’s ideal for staff who work with member data—whether in spreadsheets, AMS reports, or notes—and want a faster, more consistent way to turn that information into useful insights. No prior AI or ChatGPT experience is required; attendees should simply be open to practical tools that save time and improve how member engagement is tracked, communicated, and acted upon.
Communications & Marketing Breakout: The Storytelling Blueprint: A Practical Video Playbook for AGC Chapters
Speaker: Harp & Sling
AGC chapters don’t need more content — they need a clearer story that drives real engagement and growth. In this 1-hour workshop, Harp & Sling will leverage their construction industry knowledge and show chapter leaders how to use simple, repeatable video storytelling to spotlight members, increase event participation, strengthen sponsor value, and elevate the construction industry’s reputation in their region. You’ll leave with a practical framework and actionable content plan you can implement immediately—without a big budget or an internal media team.
Workforce Breakout: The Next Generation of Workforce Recruitment Tools
Speaker: AGC of America & NCCER
What tools does your chapter need to win the talent war? AGC and NCCER are partnering to develop a new workforce development suite. Moving beyond the current “Build Your Future” site, this session seeks your direct input on expanding existing resources. AGC and NCCER are looking for feedback on the right mix of workforce recruiting, training and retention materials to include as part of the new toolkit. The two organizations are also seeking to understand what other resources, such as guides for members on how to successfully engage with schools and conduct workforce recruiting, should be included in the toolkit. Your feedback will directly dictate the resources we build to ensure they are effective, scalable, and easy to deploy.
