Membership Breakout: Sowing Seeds of Membership: Engaging Members Throughout the Member Journey
Speaker: Michelle Ewing, Director of Member Engagement, AGC of America

The AGC member journey is comprised of a variety of profiles shaped by generational perspectives, career stages, and industry roles. While fostering engagement with early-career professionals unlocks an often-untapped member segment and invests in the future of your chapter, sustained engagement of mid-career influencers and seasoned industry leaders is essential to long-term organizational vitality.

Join AGC of America’s Michelle Ewing, Director of Member Engagement, for an interactive session designed to help chapters better understand different member segments and translate insight into action. Through facilitated discussion and peer sharing, participants will explore practical approaches for developing targeted talking points, engagement strategies, and next-step actions to strengthen relationships with members across the full membership journey

Communications & Marketing Breakout: Telling the story, Selling the Seats

Discover how to turn chapter stories into real results. This session explores how aligning communications
and marketing can move members from awareness to action—boosting engagement, filling seats, and
driving non-dues revenue through clear value propositions and proven tactics. Attendees will walk away
with practical tactics, sample templates, and strategies for sharpening their value proposition from first
message to final registration.

Workforce Breakout: The Next Generation of Workforce Recruitment Tools AGC of America & NCCER

What tools does your chapter need to win the talent war? AGC and NCCER are partnering to develop a new workforce development suite. Moving beyond the current “Build Your Future” site, this session seeks your direct input on expanding existing resources. AGC and NCCER are looking for feedback on the right mix of workforce recruiting, training and retention materials to include as part of the new toolkit. The two organizations are also seeking to understand what other resources, such as guides for members on how to successfully engage with schools and conduct workforce recruiting, should be included in the toolkit. Your feedback will directly dictate the resources we build to ensure they are effective, scalable, and easy to deploy.
