REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION INFORMATION
Online registrants will receive immediate email confirmation. If registering by form, confirmation will be emailed, faxed, or mailed within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
EARLY BIRD GUIDELINES
Registration forms with enclosed payments must be received by 5pm Eastern on December 19, 2013, to be eligible for early discounted registration rates. Forms and/or payments received beginning December 20, 2013, will be subject to the standard registration rate. If registering after March 1, 2014, please bring completed form and payment to register on-site.
All refund requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or emailed to AGC Convention and Meeting Services. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Full refunds will be granted to requests received by midnight on January 17, 2014. A refund, less $100 for each registrant, will be granted to requests received by midnight from January 18, 2014 - February 8, 2014. No refunds will be granted after February 8, 2014.
