Note: $50 of your registration fee will support AGC Charities and the AGC Education and Research Foundation. You are invited to attend a reception honoring these AGC philanthropic organizations as the Convention kicks off on Tuesday, March 5. AGC Charities will use the proceeds to fund future projects benefitting those suffering from disabilities, including those incurred through service to our country and unforeseen disasters. The AGC Education and Research Foundation will use funds to support scholarships and initiatives benefitting students in construction education programs.

Forms and/or payments received beginning February 1, 2013, will be subject to the standard registration rate. If registering after March 1, 2013, please bring completed form and payment to register on-site.
SPOUSE / GUEST REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- Spouse / guest registration is meant to accommodate legal spouse and immediate family members.
- Attendees from the same organization must register independently. No exceptions will be made.
- Spouse / guest designation will be clearly visible on name badge.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION INFORMATION
Online registrants will receive immediate email confirmation. If registering by form, confirmation will be emailed, faxed, or mailed within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or emailed to AGC Convention and Meeting Services. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Full refunds will be granted to requests received by midnight on January 16, 2013. A refund, less $100 for each registrant, will be granted to requests received by midnight from January 17, 2013 - February 8, 2013. No refunds will be granted after February 8, 2013.
