Hotel Reservation Guidelines
- Room Reservations can only be made after completing registration for AGC’s Convention by completing the online reservation request or by fax with your completed registration form.
- All reservation requests will be made through AGC Convention and Meeting Services. The hotel will not accept direct reservations within the AGC room block.
- Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Note: Cutoff for reservations at the AGC rate is 5:00 pm Eastern Tuesday, February 21, 2012. After February 21st, every effort will be made to accommodate new reservations, based on availability and rate.
- Guarantee: A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No initial deposit will be made on the credit card until check-in. Current room tax rate is 13.962%
- Hotel confirmations will be emailed from AGC. Please review confirmations carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks after any transaction request, please contact AGC Convention and Meeting Services.
- Changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with AGC Convention and Meeting Services.
- Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
- If you cancel your Convention Registration, your Hotel Reservation will also be cancelled.
